Pigeon Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("PS") has collaborated with a local special needs artist to design a 100% Biomass-PP nursing bottle in 2022.

Partnering with The Animal Project* (“TAP”), a social enterprise that supports artists on the autism spectrum, we have launched a series of limited-edition SofTouchTMnursing bottles in countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Australia. These bottles were specially designed by one of TAP’s artists.

*"The Animal Project" is an enterprise that supports artists with autism and other challenges by adopting their work for product designs and paying royalties.

The material used for the limited-edition nursing bottles is 100% Biomass Polypropylene (Biomass-PP) plastic renewed from pulp-derived tall oil and waste cooking oil instead of petroleum. The beautiful drawings of various animals on the bottle are printed not with ink, but with laser printing technology that produces less heat and waste. The container can be used as a time capsule to store precious memories of the baby's growth.

PS also collects used baby bottles to reduce the amount of plastic waste and promote a sustainable society. Collected baby bottles undergo a recycling process and are then used as raw materials for plastic products for other companies. A total of 52,837 bottles*2 were collected over a four-year period beginning in 2019.
