Lansinoh values the diversity and uniqueness of each employee. In November 2021, our Turkish Lansinoh Factory were awarded Turkey’s “Best Workplaces for Women 2021” in the category of 100-249 employees. This is a great achievement as supporting women employment is among the priorities at the Izmir factory.

What is “Best Workplaces for Women 2021”?

Great Place to Work® Turkey identifies companies that practice employee-orientated management. There are various certifications that companies can receive from Great Place to Work®; “Best Workplaces for Women” is their ranking of the best workplaces for women in Turkey.

Our Turkish Lansinoh Factory are also a Great Place to Work® certified company due to successfully completing the Trust Index Survey carried out among our employees.

Initiatives to promote the development of women

Lansinoh is continuously monitoring the ratio of female employees and has introduced several initiatives to support women at work. For instance, flexible leave policies, commuting services for night shifts, and female focused recruiting.

As a business which helps women to thrive as they become new mothers, Lansinoh Izmir provide support in various ways for employees who are pregnant or have recently given birth e.g., a separate breastfeeding room, offering medicinal support including breastfeeding consultancy*and individual snack times. All of this is captured in a special handbook for pregnant employees.
